Are you having problems logging in?

  1. If you are not logging in, is it your email account, Novell account or both? 
  2. If it is both, is your Novell login box coming up automatically on your screen after you turn your computer on? 
  3. If it is both, did you verify that your network cable (which looks like a blue or gray phone cable) is securely connected to the back of your PC and to the wall jack? 
  4. Are you looking for passwords?  If so, for email, Novell or both?

Are you having printing issues?

  1. If you are not able to print, is the printer directly connected to your computer (stand alone printer) or is it a network printer? 
  2. If it is a network printer, did you log into the network first?
  3. If it is a stand alone printer, does it have INK? Paper?  Is the cable connecting the printer to the PC secure at both ends?
