  • How to release the transcript
  • Request transcripts at least 10 schools days prior to the application deadline
  • $4 fee per transcript (2008-2009)

• Guidance Recommendation

  • Guidance questionnaire & resume must be submitted to counselor 4 weeks prior to deadline.

• Teacher Recommendation

  • Know what schools are asking for
  • Must ask teacher 4-6 weeks prior to deadline; supply teacher with resume and teacher evaluation form.
