All
requests of MHS must be made at least 10 school days prior to
the application deadline.
Included in the request: Transcript release form, any
secondary/high school forms that must be completed by guidance
and paper application, if not applying on line.
**All application materials (including essays, checks,
transcripts, etc.) must be submitted by the deadlines posted
above. When asking for letters of recommendation from MHS
teachers, make sure you let them know the correct deadline
date - use the "MHS Request Deadline" dates listed
above as your guide!! We will be mailing all components of the application
out at one time – please check your Individual College
Planning Worksheet or meet with your counselor if you are
unsure of what to bring in.

In preparation for the college planning
process, the guidance department has been meeting with the
Senior class to detail the application process. As we
continue to meet with the Seniors, new information and
