School will begin on
August 24, 2007. All
necessary paperwork must be complete prior to
registration.

| * Mansfield High School is on a BLOCK
Schedule. Our students take up to 4 units first semester
and then start over second semester with up to four more
units. |
| * The school day lasts from 7:25 A.M. to
1:49 P.M. |

| New students should bring the following
to register for school: |
 | Birth Certificate |
| Legal Documentation of Guardianship |
| Proof of Mansfield Residency (copy of lease,
purchase and sale, tax bill, utility bill) |
| Health records |
| Discipline records |
| Transfer card or proof of withdrawal from previous
school |
| Special education records (current IEP), if
applicable |
| Transcript, including grades to date of withdrawal |
| Current testing information |
| MCAS SASIS# (if student is a Massachusetts
resident) |

PLEASE NOTE:
Most schools will NOT release records unless you
properly withdrew from your former school, returned all
school equipment, and paid any fees due. If you did not
properly withdraw from your former school, and are in a
position to do so, please try to do this before you come
register. |
