QMS Faculty will study the MCAS data to develop a MCAS improvement plan.
	Improvement goals and strategies will be shared with the school staff.
	We will continue to monitor our progress through benchmark testing and future MCAS testing in order to continuously improve.
	Foster the use of the student success plans and the ALC to meet student needs.
	Foster the use of both web-based and technical programs with faculty and parents to improve MCAS achievement.

	Improve the school web page so it serves as a source of information.
	Provide information for families to organize and motivate their middle school child.
	Update the web-based school services booklet.
	Solicit opinions from families on school services and performances.

	Build upon the success of last year and respond to the suggestions in the end of year faculty survey.
	Increase participation in the Qualters Professional Deveopment Team (QPDT)
	Develop varied opportunities for professional growth.
	Foster the use of building-based expertise in the Professional Development Program.
