The QMS PAC meets the
second Wednesday of every month, and all meetings are open
to the public. Any parent
that would like to become more active in the school or just
wants additional information about what is going on is
encouraged to attend or email the PAC at QMS.PAC@gmail.com.. The QMS PAC is a small group that does big things for the

Criteria
for Requesting Funding from QMS PAC
At least a few of these criteria must
be met:
Some examples of approved items
include:
Have a long term benefit
Keyboards for the music department
Not a budgetable item from the school dept budget
(requests for unforseen needs will be considered)
Scanners and printers for special Math department
needs
Benefits many or all students
Civil war re-enactment
Must be an in school or school related activity
Climbing wall in Gym
Must be reviewed by Ms. Mega to see if other
options can be used to meet the need or desire
Student council: assistance for events sponsored
by the student council
Some
examples of items that were not approved have included:
Funding for field trips involving small amounts of
students
Outside grants for things that involve middle
school age kids but are not school related
