Lane Changes

Steps:

1. 
A Letter of Intent Form must be submitted to Central Office by February 15th of the fiscal year prior to your lane change. (ie: Submit form anytime before 2/15/22 for an anticipated Lane change in either September 2022 OR March 2023.)

2.
 A completed Salary Placement Form (link to form below) along with your Official Transcripts* which support the 15 credits listed are due in Central Office by the following date(s):

For a September Lane Change:  August 15th 

For March Lane Change: February 15th

September 2021 Lane Change (FY22): Your Signed Salary Placement Form AND the Official Transcripts* supporting these courses are due to Central Office, Attn: Dyana Bogdan by 8/15/21

February 15, 2022
March 2022 Lane Change (FY22)
: Your Signed Salary Placement Form AND the Official Transcripts* supporting these courses are due to Central Office, Attn: Dyana Bogdan by 2/15/22

*Official Transcripts are either the printed Original (official) transcript from the institution or an electronic official transcript sent directly from the institution to dyana.bogdan@mansfieldschools.com. No copies or forwarded .pdf files can be accepted for a lane change.
