The Mansfield Public Schools requires mentors to complete thirty hours, including training, in order to be compensated for work as a mentor.
Training includes:
 | The Training Module (1 hour) |
| Building-based Curriculum Night training (1 hour) |
| Building-based Progress Report training (1 hour) |
| Reflection experience at year end (1 hour) |
Training for mentors = 4 hours
