Thank you for your interest in learning more about the equity audit purpose, process, findings, and recommendations. Our district has engaged in an intentional, thorough, and comprehensive assessment of our current strengths, challenges, and opportunities related to diversity, equity, and inclusion for all in our school and district community over the past year (Summer 2021 - Summer 2022). The result of our work is represented in the Final Equity Audit Report, which was presented to our School Committee on September 6, 2022. As planned, following the presentation, our partners at Mass Insight incorporated additional feedback and shared the final copy of the report on September 8, 2022. Following the audit, Mansfield Public Schools is excited to share with you the Strategic Plan that was finalized in May of 2023.
