Welcome to the Mansfield Public Schools
Congratulations on your new position!
Prior to your first day of work, you must complete the Human Resources Onboarding process. Please complete the steps below so we can set up your employment and payroll records.
There are seven steps to the on-boarding process, please follow them in order:
Step 1. Fingerprinting
Massachusetts law requires a national fingerprint-based background check (conducted by Identogo) for all public school employees.
If you were fingerprinted within the last 7 years with another Massachusetts school district, you will need to request a Letter of Suitability from that district. For further instructions on completing this process, click HERE
If you haven't been fingerprinted within the last 7 years, you should schedule your fingerprint appointment ASAP to avoid delays with your employment start date. You will need to bring your fingerprinting receipt to your HR Onboarding appointment
Minors (under 18) are not required to complete the fingerprinting process
Step 2. Complete the New Employee Onboarding Employment Forms
You will receive an email from HR@mansfieldschools.com with a link to complete these forms online
(It will take 15 - 20 minutes to complete these forms).
