SUMMER INSTITUTE 2026
MANSFIELD SUMMER INSTITUTE:
Our summer enrichment program runs from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, Monday through Thursday. All courses consist of a three hour class per day for four days! At the end of each day, the instructor will accompany your child outside the school and wait with them until a parent or guardian arrives for a prompt pick-up. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE A MANSFIELD RESIDENT TO REGISTER!
LOCATION:
This year we are happy to be based at the Jordan/Jackson School with some courses being held at the Robinson Elementary School, and Qualters Middle School.
SESSION DATES:
Session 1 - Monday, June 29th - Thursday, July 2nd
Session 2 - Monday, July 6th - Thursday, July 9th
Session 3 - Monday, July 13th - Thursday, July 16th
Session 4 - Monday, July 20th - Thursday, July 23rd
Session 5 - Monday, July 27th - Thursday, July 30th
GRADE LEVELS:
Please make note of the grade level indicated after each course name. It reflects the grade your child will be entering in September 2026.
WHAT TO BRING:
Children need comfortable “play clothes," sturdy shoes, a snack and water bottle. It is a good idea to come with sunscreen and bug spray already applied if your child will be outdoors. Check the catalog for any special equipment or supplies needed for your individual courses.
SUMMER OF CHAMPS
BEFORE AND AFTER CARE HOURS:
We are pleased to offer before and after care for Mansfield Summer Institute participants. We offer the following extended hours for all 5 sessions in the Jordan/Jackson cafeteria. The extended day program is staffed with a Site Coordinator trained in First Aid & CPR and friendly, experienced counselors.
You can select any combination of before and after care.
